The Standard Assessment Procedure is the Government’s methodology for calculating the energy performance of new build UK dwellings. It is used for every newly built domestic dwelling in the UK. It demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) and Part L of the Building Regulations. SAP energy assessments are based on a range of factors including building construction details such as type of materials use for (Walls/ Roofs/Floors/Doors/Windows), heating systems and controls, ventilation and renewable technologies.
 
SAP Assessor will have the skills and knowledge to complete energy calculations using Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) software to produce a newly build house SAP-EPC.
