Good a detailed online course, lots to take in but spread out well as it can be verwhelming if there's too much information at once. Clear and concise instructions through zoom, glad there was a more practical case study as I learn by doing things and not so much listening. Would recommend.

The five day NDEA course I attended was delivered in a very professional and wel-paced manner. Due to the amount of information required as part of this qualification, it was never going to be an easy task to fit all the information into a five-day period, but the salient elements of the course were provided, allowing our group to move forward in a positive manner. Muhammad our trainer was awesome, he was very knowledgeable and patient, ensuring we all progressed at the right pace and level of understanding. I would recommend this course to anyone seeking the NDEA qualification!

Trainer Muhammad had an easy and relaxed training style. The sessions were intenive because there was a lot to cover but Muhammad was calm and helpful throughout. It was a really enjoyable experience thanks to Muhammad - it is fairly dry subject matter but Muhammad made sure it was never boring and he also ensured everyone was supported throughout. Highly recommended
