The 3-Day Course: During this course, you will undertake the entire training, assignments, interactive case studies, and software training to generate an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) online with the trainer.

Following the 3-day course, you will need to complete three additional case studies in your own time. You may utilize properties belonging to yourself, friends, or family to fulfill your portfolio requirements. Ongoing support will be provided by us for the completion of your portfolio. It is expected that you complete the portfolio within 1-2 weeks after the online course – this varies from candidate to candidate. Upon successful completion of your portfolio, you will receive the qualification and license to begin work.

Energy Performance Certificates are required by law as part of the property documents collated by solicitors/conveyancers for every home that is constructed, sold or rented. Further more, EPC also required for GOVT. scheme such as Energy Company Obligation (ECO), Green Deal, RHI. These must be issued by a suitably qualified and registered Domestic Energy Assessor.

Domestic Energy Assessor course will provide successful candidates with the necessary qualification (City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment) to become a EPC Assessor and issue Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) & EPR for ECO4 scheme.

One week after successful completion of Portfolio!!!

The learning and portfolio completion depends on the individual learner. It is expected that a learner completes a portfolio within 1-2 weeks of the class at a regular pace.

Each candidate is assigned to a Qualification Assessor to guide them through this process.
