The 5-Day Course: In this course, you will undergo the entire training, assignments, interactive case studies, and software training to produce an EPC virtually/online with the trainer, mirroring the 3-Day online course. However, you will attend an additional 2 days (Thursday & Friday) to finalize your full portfolio; hence, no extra work is required after the 5 days. This will lead to the completion of your portfolio; you will receive the qualification and license to begin work.

How Does the Virtual Session Works?
The online classroom course will be delivered over Five consecutive days with a live trainer. You will be able to participate in the course in real time and interact with your trainer and other learners. Same as Face to Face training. The learners and trainer will connect via video link (like video conference call). All participants will be sent a link. Once you click on the link, it will take you straight to the online classroom. It is simple and straightforward.
You will have full access to this interactive session, which means that all the tutoring and case studies are completed. You will also get access to download training materials and the RDSAP software to produce EPC.

Energy Performance Certificates are required by law as part of the property documents collated by solicitors/conveyancers for every home that is constructed, sold or rented. Further more, EPC also required for GOVT. scheme such as Energy Company Obligation (ECO), Green Deal, RHI. These must be issued by a suitably qualified and registered Domestic Energy Assessor.

Domestic Energy Assessor course will provide successful candidates with the necessary qualification (City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment) to become a EPC Assessor and issue Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).
Certification & License Time:

The course will adequately equip you with all that you need to become a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor to issue EPC reports.
We are accredited with City & Guilds and hold Direct Claims status with them. We will mark your assessments portfolio on behalf of City and Guilds, speeding up the qualification process.
