Qualification Overview
This qualification is designed for housing officers, surveyors, maintenance staff, landlords, managing agents, contractors and building professionals. It equips learners with essential knowledge and practical skills to understand damp and mould issues, fulfil legal duties, protect occupant health and safety, and maintain building integrity. The course places a strong focus on current UK regulations, particularly Awaab’s Law.
